Exacta-who-ndo? EXACTAMUNDO!

Exactamundo is a new indie rock band in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our style is part prog, part dance, and 100% ROCK!

Exactamundo features a solid three-piece line up with Drums, Bass, and Guitar. But we need a singer -- That's where you come in!

Who can Audition?

Just about anybody! We are looking for a Male or Female vocalist between the ages of 18 and 30.

A great voice is not enough -- we need creativity and dedication as well! Here's what we hope to find in a singer:

Catchy hooks. Our singer will be our connection to the audience. We want to leave the listeners humming and singing the tunes after the show. In other words, we need somebody to add a lil pop-appeal to the tunes.
Cool lyrics. Subject matter is entirely up to you.
Contribution. We'd expect the singer to participate actively in the song writing and arranging process.
Commitment. We practice about once a week. Practices take place on evenings throughout the week, or during the afternoon on weekends. We'll expect you to make a commitment of 2-4 practices a month and to be available to play shows as oppotunities arise.
Cat friendly. If you are allergic to cats or abuse animals, you may have issues with our rehearsal space :-)

These would be helpful, but not required:

Past experience working in a band.
Writing/Lyrical experience.
On-stage performance experience (Karaoke, Musicals, Pantomimes, etc).
Prior work (eg. songs, demos, etc.) that you can share with us before you audition.
Ability to play some kind of instrument.
